The third transnational project meeting of the Language Tree Project was hosted by YADOT Eğitim Derneği in İstanbul on 21–22 September 2024 and served as the consortium’s final evaluation and sustainability forum before project closure. Convened as a “Final Evaluation & Dissemination Strategy Meeting,” the gathering set out to review every completed Project Result, verify compliance with open-access licensing, scrutinise the consolidated budget and quality-assurance evidence, and agree on concrete measures for long-term impact tracking and post-funding maintenance of the curriculum and web platform.
