This document outlines an interactive, video-based web platform for developing basic Turkish speaking skills in a safe, ad-free environment validated by experts. It details user-centred design (A1-appropriate lexis and structures, graded difficulty via written/visual/oral cues, unlimited repetition), a five-step interaction flow, and three pedagogical modules (Written, Visual, Oral). It also specifies cross-device/browser access and sustainability through continuously extensible content.
